While our customer support is available 24/7, delivery hours are limited to:

Sunday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Friday–Saturday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM

2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within a specific local service area around Raleigh, NC.
Delivery radius may vary depending on your location.
You can confirm if we deliver to your area during checkout.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery Hours:

Sunday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Friday–Saturday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Order Cutoff Times:

Sunday–Thursday: Place orders by 9:45 PM for same-day delivery.

Friday–Saturday: Place orders by 10:45 PM for same-day delivery.
Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered the next day.

Delivery times depend on availability when you place your order.

Same-day delivery is available based on driver availability and your time of order.

Orders outside the immediate delivery area may be scheduled for next-day delivery.
4. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are based on your distance and order size.
Fees are calculated at checkout — you’ll see the total before you complete your purchase.
5. Delivery Confirmation
After placing your order:

You will receive a confirmation email or text with your estimated delivery window.

Our driver will also contact you when they are on the way for smooth coordination.
6. Delivery Process

Deliveries will be made discreetly to your door or at a designated meetup location.

We use contactless delivery for your safety.

Please be ready to meet the driver or accept the delivery at the agreed spot.
7. Order Issues
If you experience any issues (like missed delivery or incorrect items):

Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery.

We'll make sure to correct it quickly.
8. Age Verification

You must be 21 years or older to receive delivery.

Drivers will request a valid ID at the time of delivery.

Please have your ID ready.
9. Delivery Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse deliveries if local laws, regulations, or safety concerns arise.

Deliveries may also be refused if the customer cannot verify their age or is uncooperative.
10. Customer Responsibility

It’s your responsibility to make sure your delivery address is correct.

If you miss your delivery due to an incorrect address or being unavailable, we may attempt a second delivery or offer alternative solutions.
